Attorney Robert J. Gorman, Jr.

Attorney Gorman graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1975 and received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1978. He has received the highest possible rating from fellow attorneys and judges under Lexis Nexis-Martindale Hubbell peer rating system. He has been recognized by Hartford Magazine as one of the Hartford area’s “best” personal injury attorneys.

Attorney David H. Herrmann

Attorney Herrmann graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1975 and he graduated with high honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1979. He has been selected for inclusion in Connecticut Super Lawyers and New England Super Lawyers in the category of General Plaintiff’s Personal Injury. He has received the highest possible rating from fellow attorneys and judges under the Lexis Nexis-Martindale Hubbell peer rating system. Attorney Peter K. Menard

Attorney Menard is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and in 2006 graduated from Western New England College School of Law.  While in law school Attorney Menard served as student prosecutor for the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office.  In this capacity he worked in the courtroom prosecuting arraignments and a variety of criminal hearings.  It was here that he was first introduced to the excitement generated by having to “prove your case”.  Before entering the practice of trial work, Attorney Menard also served as the law clerk for the Honorable Mary E. Hurley in the Trial Court Division of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Attorney Robert M. Yeager

Attorney Yeager grew up in Ashburnham, Massachusetts. He has considered Connecticut home since graduating from Trinity College in Hartford with a B.A. in History.  Attorney Yeager attended Quinnipiac University School of Law, graduating in 2014. After law school, he served the judges of the Superior Court in Hartford as a clerk, working on a wide variety of civil litigation matters. While working in the Hartford courthouse, he first met attorneys from GH & M and came to appreciate their talents and professionalism.

Margaret Cavanagh - Legal Assistant

Margaret Cavanagh joined our firm in 1994.  She is a 1973 graduate of Briarwood College.  Ms. Cavanagh combines her past administrative experience in several medical offices with the skills she acquired in other business positions to enable her to execute multiple duties in our fast-paced law practice.  She has four grown children.
