As many clients have been asking the question, “what is going to happen with my case now?”

The Connecticut Courts have suspended in-person court proceedings at this time.  All jury trials scheduled in the next 30 days have been continued.  The courts have not assigned new dates, yet if your case was scheduled to go to trial within that time frame as soon as a new date is given to us, we will communicate that information to our valued clients.

Additionally, most insurance companies are encouraging their employees to work from home, and they are doing just that.  Many adjusters have been in contact with our office and continue to work with us to resolve your matter.  It may take longer, but rest assured that we are actively working to resolve your case as we would under normal circumstances.
